Online Saturday Dec 2 All-Day Sitting
Spending a day in quiet can be wonderfully beneficial in the midst of holiday busyness. The upcoming All-Day Sitting is a perfect way to pause, reflect, sit and dialogue with others interested in Springwater Center’s work of meditative inquiry.
The day is full for in-person attendees, but there’s still opportunity to attend online via Zoom. The day begins at 8:30 with an introduction and timed sittings. Wayne Coger will give a talk at 11:10. An afternoon sitting beginning at 1:30 will be followed by a group dialogue facilitated by Sandra Gonzalez.
